In June 2025, we announced our new name: the National Resource Center for the Transformation of Youth Justice (NRC). Since our launch in 2013, we were known as the RFK National Resource Center for Juvenile Justice.

This new name reflects our continued commitment to supporting meaningful, measurable, and sustainable transformation across youth justice systems nationwide. While our name has evolved to better represent this work, our mission remains the same. The NRC provides consultation, technical assistance, training, and resources to leaders, practitioners, and youth-serving agencies. In partnership with state and local jurisdictions and communities, we work to strengthen systems and improve outcomes for youth and families.

As part of this transition, we have launched a new website at www.nrctyj.org, which now serves as the home for our work.

The site includes the trusted tools, publications, and resources previously available on our former website, along with updated content and improved navigation to better support users.

We remain committed to working alongside practitioners, researchers, policymakers, and community leaders to advance effective, research-based policies and practices in youth justice.
